Weed Management
Woody weed control is a speciality. We prefer not to use spray when possible but to use more friendly techniques such as cut and paint or frilling for the control of woody weeds. We can also provide grass and other weed control services.
Weed Mapping
We can provide weed mapping and GIS (Geographical Information Systems) services.
Planting
We can source plants, plant them and provide establishment care for them.
Nest Boxes
We can supply and install a range of nest boxes for birds, possums and gliders.
Mowing
Small acreage mowing is available at low rates.
Paddock and wind break clean ups
Paadocks or wind breaks a mess? We can clean them up, removing dead trees and debris.
ABOUT US
Murrumbateman Conservation Services is owned and operated by Richard Bland. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Marine and Environmental Biology as well as being "Chemcert" and weed control qualified. In addition he holds Diplomas in Environmental Science and Workplace Health and Safety. He is a member of the Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand and abides by their Code of Practice.
Richard has over 16 years experience in environmental management in various fields.
